1 - SHIPPING COSTS, DISCOUNTS AND FINAL PRICE

Shipping costs

Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping throughout the Peninsula for orders over 50 euros. If the amount of your order is less than or equal to 50 euros the shipping costs for destinations in the Peninsula will be 2.95 euros.

Spain (Balearic Islands): if your order is over 75 euros you will have free shipping costs. If the amount of your order is less than or equal to 75 euros, the shipping costs to the Balearic Islands will be 5.95 euros.

Rest of Europe: free shipping for orders over 125 euros. If the amount of your order is less than or equal to 125 euros, shipping will cost 9.95 euros. Unfortunately, we do not yet reach all European countries. You will find the list of available countries when you enter the shipping address in the check out process.

Discounts

If you have a discount code, in order to apply it you have to enter it in the corresponding box which you can easily identify because in the field to be filled in you can read "Discount code". After entering it click on the button "Apply coupon" and it will be applied automatically modifying the amount of your order.

Final price

The prices of all our products are in euros (euros) and include the corresponding taxes (VAT). 

The final price will be the result of adding up the amount of each of the garments, minus the discount in case you have a discount code or the item is discounted, plus the shipping costs if applicable.

2 - PRODUCT DELIVERY

As soon as you make your purchase you will receive a confirmation email and we will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. The average delivery time is 48/72h (working days) if the place of delivery is within the Peninsula, from 3 to 5 working days if the shipment is destined for the Balearic Islands and from 5 to 10 days to the rest of Europe. 

On dates of high demand such as Blue Friday, Christmas or sales, or other exceptional situations, these delivery times may be slightly affected, even for shipments selected as Express.

If you do not receive your order within the above-mentioned period, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject "ORDER STATUS ####" and we will solve it with our courier provider as quickly as possible.

3 - RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ALONGSIDE allows FREE returns and exchanges of purchases made directly through our website. You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to contact us through. [email protected]. After these 14 calendar days, we will not be able to offer you the option to exchange or return the purchased products.

TO FACILITATE EARLY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING, ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 20/11 AND 1/01 WILL HAVE AN EXTENDED EXCHANGE OR RETURN PERIOD UNTIL 15 JANUARY.

The product must be sent to our offices in the same condition in which it was received, without having been washed, used, or presenting imperfections of which our team was not notified at the time of receipt of the purchase. Returns must contain all elements (original box, labels, cards, etc.) 

Once we have reviewed all the contents (garments and other elements) we will contact you to notify you of the receipt of the product and proceed to send you the new product chosen or the PASS FOR THE VALUE OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS. In case of return of orders either by change of size or return by withdrawal, RETURN CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT. Additionally, for size changes outside the Iberian Peninsula, the user will have to pay the shipping charges again so that we can send the new size. Before buying we recommend you to consult the size guide.

Only in the event that by mistake you have received a different product (model, size or colour) than the one ordered or the product received shows production flaws, the shipping charges for returning the order will be borne by ALONGSIDE*.

This does not apply to those defects correctly indicated on the product sheet and which are sold as tare products in the OUTLET section.

4 - ACCEPTANCE

This online store, www.alongside.eco hereafter, the website, is available to any user, for their own consumption, and subject to the following terms and conditions: these terms and conditions (hereafter T&C), our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. When you use this website you accept the T&C, and the rest of the terms and conditions. By doing so you agree not to use this website for illegal or fraudulent purposes. 

5 - EXTERNAL LINKS

You may be sent from this website to other websites via links. However, ALONGSIDE does not control those sites or their content, which are in fact subject to its own terms and conditions. Therefore, ALONGSIDE is not responsible for the quality, truthfulness or accuracy of those sites.

6 - INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The content and information of the Service (among other data, text, sound, image or computer code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is the property of ALONGSIDE or has the corresponding authorizations for its use. Furthermore, the modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale and other forms of exploitation for commercial or equivalent purposes of the Service is prohibited. For any other use of the content of the website or our social networks you need our prior written consent.

7 - VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

The products offered on www.alongside.eco, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are in the product catalogue displayed through the online shop. In any case, ALONGSIDE reserves the right to make the modifications that are considered appropriate, being able to update the products and services according to the market. The prices that appear on the website are subject to change. 

ALONGSIDE reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, upon receipt of the order confirmation, the prices to be paid for the order will not be affected.

We inform you that despite the updates we make to the prices of the products we offer on this website, these may contain errors. We will promptly correct any errors that appear, but they are not binding.

ALONGSIDE reserves the right to cancel orders. In this case, the client will be informed through the contact details provided and will be refunded immediately.

8 - SECURITY

As indicated above, the entire procedure of buying and selling, as well as the transmission of your personal and credit card data, is carried out on a secure page and in encrypted form via the SSL protocol.

9 - MODIFICATIONS AND INVALIDITY

ALONGSIDE may update these T&C in the future. We will inform you about these changes by placing a notice in a prominent place on our website and/or by email. If any clause included in these T&C were to be declared, totally or partially, null and void or ineffective, it will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null and void or ineffective. The T&C shall subsist in all other respects, and such provision, or the part thereof that is affected, shall be deemed not to have been made.

10 - CLAIMS AND ACTIONS ARISING FROM THE CONTRACT

This contract is governed by Spanish law. In order to simplify the resolution of claims by civil means and to reduce costs, we do not exclude the possibility of submitting to an Arbitration of Equity of the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid. In this regard, and in accordance with applicable regulations, we inform you of the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform that facilitates the extrajudicial resolution of such disputes for contracts concluded equally online between consumers and Internet service providers. Mainly through social networks, such as Instagram or Facebook. We have profiles in the social networks Instagram and Facebook, being ALONGSIDE responsible for the processing of the data published in these networks. These data will be treated according to the social network allowed by the corporate profiles. Under no circumstances will we extract data from the social networks, unless we have obtained the user's express consent to do so. When, due to the very nature of social networks, exercising your rights depends on modifying your profile, we will help and advise you to the best of our ability.

We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the security and integrity of personal and non-personal information collected. Both against unauthorized access and accidental alteration, loss or destruction.
