Can I complete an order without registering?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest without registering, although from ALONGSIDE we recommend that you register so that you can access your portal, manage your orders better, as well as obtain new promotions and exclusive information.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

In the check out process before making the payment you can inform the discount code and see it applied in the price before paying.

Discount codes are not cumulative and will not apply to discounted items.

What forms of payment can I use? Is it safe?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express. Banking security is fundamental for our users, that's why we use a SSL certificate to protect both your personal and banking details.

Can I change an order after I have made the purchase?

If after making your purchase you wish to modify it, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can modify it without any problem. If your order is already on its way to its destination, you should proceed as a normal return.

If you realize that the shipping address you have provided us is not correct and you want to change it, please send us an email at [email protected] with the subject CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS so that we can manage the change with the shipping company.

How do I know my size?

You can consult our size guide where the dimensions of our garments are detailed in centimeters so you can find your size easily. 

Are the clothes vegan?

Yes, our T-shirts and sweaters are 100% animal friendly. In the description of each product you can check that what you are going to buy has the PETA certificate.

How should I take care of my clothes?

Open

As a recommendation to take care of the clothes and at the same time protect the environment, we recommend washing our clothes at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and not using a dryer. Both for washing and ironing always do it with the garments inside out.

These are our general recommendations for all our garments. You will find more detailed information on the labels of each article according to each product.

Where are the Alongside garments produced?

We produce our garments ethically and sustainably in Bangladesh. We believe that in order to reduce Co2 emissions as much as possible, it is better to produce where the resources are and thus only have to transport the final product. We care about the working conditions of all those who are part of the production process, that is why our garments are endorsed by FAIR WEAR FOUNDATION, to guarantee gender equality, non-abusive working hours and good salary conditions.

Both the creative part and the finishing of the garments are made in Barcelona.

Questions about shipping and returns

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Iberian Peninsula: Free shipping for orders over 50€. For orders of lower value the shipping costs are 2,95€. Deliveries within 48/2h (working days). 

Balearic Islands: Shipping costs 5,95€ (FREE SHIPPING for orders over 75€). Delivery within 4/5 working days.

Rest of Europe*: Shipping costs €9.95 (FREE SHIPPING for orders over €125). Delivery within 5/10 working days.

No deliveries will be made on holidays or weekends.

Your country or region may not be available yet. Orders will only be placed to those countries available in the selection list at the time of filling in the delivery address.

What do I have to do to get FREE shipping?

If your basket does not reach the amount required to qualify for free shipping you can adopt a coral (or as many as you like) and thus reach the minimum amount to qualify for free shipping while helping to repopulate coral reefs.

Free shipping throughout the Iberian Peninsula for orders over 50€.

Free delivery to the Balearic Islands on orders over 75€.

Free shipping in the rest of Europe for orders over 125€.

Can I return an order?

YES, you can exchange or return your order as long as no more than 14 calendar days have passed since you received the order.

*PURCHASES FROM 20/11 TO 1/01 THE RETURN PERIOD IS EXTENDED UNTIL 15 JANUARY TO FACILITATE EARLY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING.

To be able to return an order, whether it is an exchange or a return, the product must be brand new and unwashed and retain all elements in the original packaging.

How do I make a return?

1. Write us an email with a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order to. ... [email protected].. In the subject of the email you must fill in RETURN # ORDERNUMBER (the order number that you will have received in the confirmation email when you made the purchase) and then in the email explain the reason for the return. Then we will send you an email with the incident number to process your return along with the next steps to be taken. You must send to our offices the item to be returned or the entire order as applicable, specifying in the shipment the order number so we can review it.

 

IMPORTANT ASPECTS:

Be sure to include all items received in your order (packaging, labels, cards or other items that may be contained in the package received)

Until we receive the item in our offices it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or registered mail and that you keep proof of delivery.

How and when do I get my refund?

Once we have checked that the items are in perfect condition and with all the original elements, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made by the same method as your payment as soon as possible, although it could take up to 7 days to receive it after the return confirmation email.

The refund will correspond to the value of the items to be returned.

What should I do if I have received a different product than the one requested?

If you have received a product that does not correspond to your order (different size, color or model); first of all, we apologize for the error. Please contact us as soon as possible through our email address [email protected] detailing the order number and the error and we will solve it as soon as possible.

What does adopting a coral consist of?
